Valuation is one of — if not the most — important parts of the Foreclosure and REO process. That’s why we provide a written BPO Performance Process to ensure our BPOs are as detailed and informative as possible.

 

Property Preservation

Since maintaining and preserving property is a crucial part of the REO process that directly affects the property’s value, we offer a network of local contractors available to our listing clients. Our contractors can perform nearly any task — from a simple trash out to a full rehabilitation. We only work with bonded, licensed and insured contractors who are proven masters of their trade. Whether you utilize a national contractor or one in our network, we manage the entire process and ensure the work is completed to the client’s specifications.

Marketing

Our REO Marketing Plan includes a combination of web, print and email marketing. Buyers tell us that one of their biggest frustrations with other REO brokers is that they could never reach anyone on the phone. We have an inside sales team to answer all inbound calls personally to ensure that every inquiry gets an instant response. We utilize high level CRM software to organize our leads and help us stay in front of potential buyers, alerting them to new listings and price adjustments. Our responsive, proactive approach promotes buyer loyalty and an above average lead conversion rate.
