(ALHS) with over 20 years of experience. and a member of Silver and Oak since it began in 2017.I have lived in Bucks County PA for over 25 years selling real estate from Philadelphia to Mercer county NJ and beyond. Throughout my years in Real estate I have sold every type of property from commercial, residential, land, working farms to bucks county estates and high rise condos in Philadelphia.
I love working with first time home buyers. I understand it is a new experience to buy your first home, however having an experienced agent with superior negotiating skills coupled with patience, loyalty and a sense of adventure makes the experience and process enjoyable.
One of my specialty is working with investors and locating properties that will obtain a handsome profit once renovated and back on the market. I work with several banks assisting with disbursement of their foreclosed properties from Philadelphia to Northern New Jersey.
